Hosted by The YWCA of Greater Portland Social Justice Program. In this workshop, we will engage in an exploration and gain a deeper understanding of the 5 faces of oppression and their antidotes. Participants will discuss what it means to engage in trauma-informed praxis and healing-centered approaches, specifically when it comes to leadership, whether organizational or otherwise.
