Hosted by The YWCA of Greater Portland Social Justice Program. Within this workshop, we will discuss the ways in which organizations with diversity and inclusivity then work toward realigning how we show up for our staff in culturally responsive ways as leaders.

Attendees will:

• Discuss what inclusivity means and who decides if a space is inclusive
• Gain a deeper understanding of how our current processes push out people of color and uphold the dominant culture
• Review ways in which policies, practices, and procedures can be authentically inclusive
