Hosted by Lines for Life. This training is open to community members in Oregon, primarily the Portland Metro Area. Lines for Life is proud to offer this free 2-hour training virtually to community members as part of our mission to prevent suicide and promote mental wellness.

QPR is an evidence-based suicide prevention curriculum that teaches community members to:

• Recognize someone at risk
• Ask a person about thoughts of suicide
• Support a person in seeking help
• Offer hope

In order to participate in this training, you will need to have access to technology that allows you to join a Zoom meeting. We request that you have the ability to have your video on during this training, but if you are unable to have video, you can still participate.
