safeTALK is an in-person 4-hour training that teaches “connector skills”, including recognizing warning signs, engaging a person with thoughts of suicide, and connecting them to an intervention resource for safety and further support. It is ideal for all types of service providers and community members, including first responders, teachers, youth workers, housing support, faith communities, parents/families, peer support workers, and community members interested in learning how to respond to suicide.
